Public Domain SpeechWeb - Check In

We are about to enter the public domain SpeechWeb. But before we get there, we need to make sure that everything is set up correctly on your PC in order for the SpeechWeb application to run properly. Please see below.

2. Do you have the Opera voice feature installed?
3. Are your speakers turned up and microphone working properly>
